Before The Session

Have Headphones Connected – Please have headphones connected to your device.

Set an Intention – Think about what you’d like to heal or release.

Have Microphone On mute – Please mute your microphone unless asked otherwise.

Arrive with an Open Mind – MiddleWave works best when you simply allow the process to unfold.

During The Session

Relax & Let Go – There’s nothing to do, simply breathe and receive the energy.

Be Present – Notice any sensations, emotions or thoughts without judgment.

Trust the Process – MiddleWave works where it’s needed, even if you don’t “feel” it right away.

Allow Emotions to Surface – If feelings arise, let them pass naturally, this is part of the healing.
