1. General Disclaimer

 

Reiki and Pellowah energy healing are complementary therapies and should not be considered a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice from qualified healthcare professionals. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand that Reiki and Pellowah are non-invasive, gentle, energy-based methods that are intended to promote overall well-being and relaxation. Results may vary, and there is no guarantee of specific outcomes. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider for any medical issues or concerns.

 

2. Liability Waiver

 

By participating in any Reiki or Pellowah session, you agree to the following terms:

 

• You acknowledge that all sessions provided are for the purpose of energy healing and personal wellness.

• You agree that the practitioner is not a licensed medical professional, psychotherapist, or psychologist, and no medical diagnosis or treatment is provided.

• You understand that Reiki and Pellowah are complementary therapies and should not replace any medical or psychological treatment you are currently receiving.

• You voluntarily agree to release, indemnify, and hold the practitioner harmless from any claims or liability arising from your participation in a session, including any physical, emotional, or spiritual outcomes.

 

3. Confidentiality

 

All information shared during a Reiki or Pellowah session is treated with strict confidentiality. Any personal details, health information, or experiences shared during your session will remain private and will not be disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Exceptions can be made for emergencies or illness. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are not available for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to resolve the issue where possible. For pre-paid sessions or packages, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the service has not yet been rendered.

 

6. Code of Conduct

 

We are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both clients and practitioners. We expect all clients to:

 

• Treat the practitioner with respect and kindness.

• Refrain from inappropriate or disruptive behavior during sessions.

• Adhere to scheduled appointment times.

 

In the event of inappropriate behavior or violations of this code of conduct, we reserve the right to terminate the session and refuse future services.

 

7. Consent for Healing

 

By booking and attending a session, you confirm that:

 

• You have provided accurate and truthful information about your health and well-being to the best of your knowledge.

• You give your consent to receive Reiki or Pellowah energy healing and understand that the healing process may affect you on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

• You are responsible for your own health and well-being before, during, and after the session.

 

8. Minors and Vulnerable Individuals

 

Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian or must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive Reiki or Pellowah healing. Vulnerable individuals, including those with certain mental health conditions, may be asked to provide consent from a medical professional before receiving treatment.

 

9. Modifications to Policy

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

MiddleWave® Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MiddleWave®, part of Awakened Energy Healing.

By purchasing or subscribing to MiddleWave® sessions, programs, or memberships, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

1. Subscription Access

Your MiddleWave® subscription grants you access to digital meditation sessions, audio-visual content and related live or recorded experiences (collectively referred to as “the Service”).

Access continues for the duration of your active subscription plan.

 

 

 

2. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

Your subscription renews automatically based on your selected plan (monthly or annual).

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Because MiddleWave® provides instant access to digital content upon purchase, refunds cannot be offered after payment has been processed, regardless of usage or satisfaction.

In special cases (such as duplicate charges or technical errors), please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and we will review the issue promptly.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation will stop future payments, but you will retain access to your content until the end of your current billing period.

5. Use of Content

All MiddleWave® materials — including meditations, audio files, images, scripts etc and written guides — are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You agree not to share, copy, distribute, reproduce, or use the content commercially without written permission from Awakened Energy Healing.

6. Results Disclaimer

MiddleWave® is a holistic meditation and neuro-entrainment experience designed to support relaxation, mindfulness and personal well-being.

It is not a medical or therapeutic service, and results vary by individual.

Always consult a qualified health professional regarding any medical or psychological conditions.

7. Live Session Participation

By joining MiddleWave Live or any interactive online event, you agree to respectful participation.

Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session or the community platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Awakened Energy Healing and its facilitators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to access the Service.
