Refund Policy Healing Sessions

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will be issued if cancellation is made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled session.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session.

2. No Refunds for Completed Sessions

• Energy healing outcomes vary and often take time to manifest. As such, no refunds will be provided once a session is complete, regardless of perceived results.

3. No Shows

• Clients who do not attend their session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Welcome to MiddleWave®, part of Awakened Energy Healing.

By purchasing or subscribing to MiddleWave® sessions, programs, or memberships, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

1. Subscription Access

Your MiddleWave® subscription grants you access to digital meditation sessions, audio-visual content and related live or recorded experiences (collectively referred to as “the Service”).

Access continues for the duration of your active subscription plan.

 

 

 

2. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

Your subscription renews automatically based on your selected plan (monthly or annual).

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Because MiddleWave® provides instant access to digital content upon purchase, refunds cannot be offered after payment has been processed, regardless of usage or satisfaction.

In special cases (such as duplicate charges or technical errors), please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and we will review the issue promptly.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation will stop future payments, but you will retain access to your content until the end of your current billing period.

5. Use of Content

All MiddleWave® materials — including meditations, audio files, images, scripts etc and written guides — are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You agree not to share, copy, distribute, reproduce, or use the content commercially without written permission from Awakened Energy Healing.

6. Results Disclaimer

MiddleWave® is a holistic meditation and neuro-entrainment experience designed to support relaxation, mindfulness and personal well-being.

It is not a medical or therapeutic service, and results vary by individual.

Always consult a qualified health professional regarding any medical or psychological conditions.

7. Live Session Participation

By joining MiddleWave Live or any interactive online event, you agree to respectful participation.

Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session or the community platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Awakened Energy Healing and its facilitators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to access the Service.
